- Safety inspections on presses and automated equipment incl. BWS (contactless protective devices)
- Run-down / stop-time measurements to determine safety distances (EN ISO 13855)
- Hazard & risk assessments with PL calculations / evidence (EN ISO 13849 / IEC 62061)
- Retrofits of press and automation controls (new/replacement control cabinets, safety relays / Safety-PLC, interlocks, light curtains)
- Validation, documentation and commissioning (EN ISO 12100 / IEC 60204-1)
